HOW BELLA WORKS

1. Bella translates she doesn’t force

She describes exactly what Spirit gives her: sensations, symbols, memories, emotions.
She cannot make a specific person appear or make Spirit answer in a specific way.

2. Validation matters

Bella will ask how information connects.
This is not “fishing for details” this is how Spirit deepens the message and how Bella ensures she is interpreting accurately.

3. Spirit communicates in subtle pieces

Messages come through as feelings, images, songs, memories, and Bella’s own experiences.
Spirit does not give full sentences.

4. Bella works ethically

She will never exaggerate, dramatize, or add details Spirit did not give.

5. No fear-based teachings

Bella does not work with concepts like demons, curses, or possession.
Your session is grounded, calming, and emotionally safe.

BOOKING POLICIES

1. No-Show & Late Arrival

Sessions begin at the scheduled time.
Late arrivals shorten the session; no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

3. Refund Policy

Sessions are final sale because Bella’s time is reserved specifically for you.
If a connection does not open (rare), Bella may reschedule or refund at her discretion.

4. Age Requirement

Clients must be 18+ unless attending with a parent or guardian.

RECORDING POLICY

In-Person Sessions

  • Bella does not provide  recordings.
  • Clients may record the session themselves for personal use only.

Zoom Sessions

  • Bella will provide a recording or personal use only.
  • Recordings are not guaranteed, as technical issues can occur.
  • Bella is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or corrupted files.

Usage Restrictions

Recordings (client-made or provided) may not be:

  • posted online
  • shared publicly
  • sent to others
  • used commercially

All session content remains Bella’s intellectual property.

ETHICAL + SAFETY POLICIES

 1. No medical, legal, or pregnancy predictions

Bella does not diagnose, forecast illness, or predict timelines related to health or pregnancy.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

Spirit brings what you need, not always what you expect.

3. Emotional Responsibility

Readings may bring up strong emotions.
Bella provides a safe, supportive space, but clients are responsible for their own mental and emotional care outside the session.

4. Respectful Environment

Bella maintains a calm and respectful atmosphere.
Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour will end the session with no refund.

CLIENT RIGHTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

CLIENT RIGHTS

Every client has the right to:

1. A Safe, Respectful, and Nonjudgmental Session

You will be treated with kindness, respect, and emotional care regardless of your background, beliefs, or life experiences.

2. Honest, Ethical Communication

Bella will translate exactly what Spirit gives her — nothing added, nothing exaggerated.

3. Clarification at Any Time

You may ask questions if something is unclear.
Bella will always explain her process so you feel comfortable.

4. Confidentiality

Your session and the details shared remain private.
Nothing from your reading will be shared without your consent.

5. Emotional Safety

Bella will not use fear-based language or deliver messages in a way that creates anxiety or panic.

6. The Right to Decline Topics

If a subject feels too sensitive or you are not ready to go deeper, you may pause or redirect the conversation.

7. A Session Free From Pressure

You will never be pushed to believe anything or make any decisions based on the reading.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure a clear, grounded, and meaningful experience, clients are responsible for:

1. Arriving On Time

Sessions begin promptly.
Late arrivals reduce your session length.

2. Providing Validation When Asked

Bella will ask how things connect so she can translate Spirit accurately.
This is not “fishing”  it is an essential part of mediumship.

3. Maintaining a Respectful Environment

Mutual respect is required.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour ends the session with no refund.

4. Understanding the Nature of Mediumship

  • Spirit chooses what to share.
  • Not all expectations may be met.
  • Bella cannot force specific loved ones to come through. 

5. Emotional Self-Care

Readings can bring up deep feelings.
Clients are responsible for their own emotional and mental well-being after the session.

6. Using Information Responsibly

Guidance received should not replace medical, legal, mental health, or financial advice.

7. Respecting Recording Policies

Recordings (when provided) are for personal use only and may not be shared publicly.

  • work ethically and honestly

  • maintain confidentiality
  • communicate clearly
  • respect your boundaries 

Clients agree to:

  • participate openly and respectfully

  • understand the natural limits of mediumship
  • take responsibility for personal decisions

FINAL NOTE

This section is meant to protect both Bella and her clients, ensuring each session is grounded, respectful, and emotionally safe.

CODE OF CONDUCT SPIRIT CIRCLES & GROUP EVENTS

Bella’s Spirit Circles are safe, supportive spaces for healing, connection, and intuitive exploration.
To protect everyone’s emotional well-being, all participants agree to the following guidelines:

1. Respect for Every Participant

Each person comes with their own experiences, sensitivities, and beliefs.
Judgment, criticism, or dismissive comments are not permitted.

2. Confidentiality Is Required

Stories, messages, emotions, and experiences shared within the group stay within the group.
No recording, reposting, or sharing of others’ experiences is allowed.

3. No Interrupting or Over-Talking

Please allow Bella and fellow group members to speak without interruption.
This ensures clarity, flow, and emotional safety for everyone.

4. Emotional Awareness

Spirit work can bring up strong emotions.
Tears or reactions are normal, but aggressive or disruptive behaviour will result in removal from the session.

5. Respecting Spiritual Boundaries

Bella cannot force specific loved ones to come forward and does not guarantee that everyone receives a message.
Spirit chooses what is most needed for the group as a whole.

6. No Demanding, Testing, or Pressuring

Circle readings work best when participants are open and respectful.
Testing, challenging, or correcting Bella repeatedly disrupts the group energy and is not allowed.

7. No Alcohol or Substance Use Before the Circle

For clarity and safety, participants must not attend under the influence.

8. Kindness and Compassion First

This space is for healing, exploration, and connection.
Bring your open heart, respect the process, and honour the energy of the group.

DISCIPLINARY NOTE

Bella reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the circle, behaves disrespectfully, or violates confidentiality.
No refunds will be issued in these cases.

FULL DISCLAIMER

This disclaimer applies to all services provided by Bella, including mediumship, psychic readings, intuitive guidance, energy healing, Spirit Circles, classes, workshops, and online or in-person sessions.

Bella is not responsible for emotional responses during or after the session. 

5. Recording Disclaimer

 Zoom session recordings are offered as a courtesyand are not guaranteed.
Bella is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or incomplete files.
Recordings (client-made or provided) may not be shared publicly or used commercially. 

6. Age Requirement

Sessions are for individuals 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

7. No Third-Party Readings

 Bella does not read on behalf of absent individuals or perform readings to spy, manipulate, or predict someone else’s life or decisions. 

8. Right to Refuse Service

 Bella reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if a client is disrespectful, under the influence, or emotionally unsafe for a reading. 

9. Confidentiality

 Bella respects client privacy; however, clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their own session recordings.

1. PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, products, courses, events, workshops, readings, and interactions with Bella Silva Cacilhas Psychic Medium (referred to as “Bella,” “we,” “our,” or “the Provider”). By purchasing, booking, or attending any session, workshop, or event, the client (“you”) agrees to all policies listed below.

2. STANDARD LEGAL DISCLAIMER

All readings, services, workshops, events, and content provided by Bella are intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or professional advice.

Bella does not diagnose, treat, or predict:

  • illness or health outcomes
  • pregnancy
  • death
  • legal matters
  • timelines
  • financial outcomes

You are responsible for seeking qualified professional help for such matters.

Events held at wineries or breweries are restricted to ages 19+.

3. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of Bella’s work and limited session availability, all bookings, events, workshops, and digital products are final sale.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours, or fail to attend, you will be charged the full session amount.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, Bella reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.
  • Bella will make reasonable efforts to reschedule at the next available date.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Private readings, healing sessions, workshops, and courses: 18+
  • Minors may attend only with a parent or guardian present
  • Winery/brewery events: 19+

6. HOW BELLA WORKS (MEDIUMSHIP, PSYCHIC & ENERGY SERVICES)

Bella’s services follow these core principles:

c. Spirit chooses who appears

Bella cannot force specific loved ones to come forward or provide exact answers.

d. Ethical boundaries

Bella does not read on:

  • pregnancy
  • death
  • health outcomes
  • mental health diagnoses
  • legal outcomes
  • third-party spying
  • outcomes meant to control others

e. No fear-based content

Bella does not work with or entertain concepts such as demons, curses, or possession.

f. Emotional Safety

Sessions can evoke strong emotions. Clients must be emotionally stable and responsible for their own well-being before and after the session.

7. RECORDING POLICY

In-Person Sessions

  • Bella does not provide recordings.
  • Clients may record themselves for personal use only.

Zoom Sessions

  • A Zoom recording will be provided as a courtesy, not a guarantee.
  • Bella is not responsible for:
    • corrupted files
    • failed uploads
    • incomplete       recordings
    • lost recordings

  • distributed to others

8. CLIENT RIGHTS

You have the right to:

  • be treated with respect, compassion, and emotional safety
  • receive honest interpretation without fabrication
  • ask questions for clarity
  • confidentiality in your session
  • decline topics or redirect areas of focus
  • a nonjudgmental environment

9. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Provide simple validation when asked
  • Participate respectfully
  • Understand the natural limits of mediumship
  • Take emotional responsibility during and after the session
  • Follow all recording restrictions
  • Seek professional help for issues outside Bella’s scope

Bella is not responsible for emotional distress, decisions made after the session, or personal interpretations of messages.

10. GROUP CIRCLE CODE OF CONDUCT

To maintain emotional safety for all participants:

  • Confidentiality is mandatory
  • No recording without permission
  • No interrupting or over-talking
  • No disruptive or aggressive behavior
  • No testing or attempting to “trip up” the medium
  • No alcohol/substance use before attending events (unless at a licensed venue and consumed responsibly)
  • Bella may remove disruptive participants with no refund

Bella cannot guarantee everyone receives a message in a group setting.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

  • Bella will not share client information, session content, or personal details.
  • Clients must also respect the privacy of others in group settings.
  • Bella may use  generalized, anonymized teaching examples with client consent.

12. THIRD-PARTY READING RESTRICTIONS

Bella will not read to:

  • predict another person’s actions
  • interpret someone else’s feelings
  • spy on ex-partners
  • influence or manipulate third parties

13. PET MEDIUMSHIP DISCLAIMER

Pet mediumship is for emotional connection and healing.
It does not replace veterinary care or professional animal advice.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (Your original terms kept and expanded)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella and her associates are not liable for:

  • emotional reactions
  • decisions made based on a session
  • perceived inaccuracies
  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • loss of recordings
  • illness/injury at events
  • technical issues

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the session.

15. WEBSITE TERMS & ONLINE USE POLICIES

At times, the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to service descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other content.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to update or change information at any time without prior notice including after an order or booking has been submitted.

No refund will be issued in such cases.

17. CHANGES TO TERMS

Bella may update these policies at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

18. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By booking or attending any reading, session, event, class, or workshop, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these terms
  • You agree to abide by them
